Refund policy

Returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email teatimemahjongco@gmail.com with your order number. Please don't send items back before we reply with return instructions.

Damaged, defective or missing pieces
Every set is inspected before it ships, but if anything arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund, at no cost to you.

Return shipping
If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping is paid by the buyer, and original shipping charges aren't refundable. If the return is because of our error or a damaged item, we cover the cost.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process them.
